There will be no refund on paid cakes canceled less than 3 days prior to collection or delivery
Yes, your order can not be confirmed without full payment
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you have received the wrong delivery, please contact us through email on the day of delivery with the order image. We will make our best effort to replace your cake if possible. If replacement is not possible, we will issue you a full refund on the same day
Yes you can, but if changing the date for delivery less than 72 hours prior to the confirmed time for delivery – a 50% charge will apply
